In 2024, we planned, wrote and produced the product brochures for all five cars in the Bentley range, redesigning them for on-screen consumption. With so many luxurious features to explain and promote, the brochures are necessarily long, each running to more than 75 pages. We wrote and arranged all content using internal documentation as our guide, liaising with the departments responsible for product marketing, technology and bespoke commissioning, as appropriate. We then finalised the copy, managed the supply of new product photography, created the artwork and handled implementation in numerous languages, working directly with Bentley’s translation partner.

Integral to the overall design was a high level of interactivity, linked directly to the customer journey. Throughout each PDF, navigation buttons inside the document steer readers to the most important content, while buttons visible on all pages link to the Bentley website, an online test drive booking facility, the dealer locator and the Bentley configurator – ensuring that the next step in the conversion journey is always just one click away.
